Jill Economakos is a dedicated body wellness practitioner, specializing in Pilates, fascia release, health coaching, and sound healing. Her holistic approach helps clients achieve balance in their physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.
Jill’s journey in movement began at the age of four in Chicago, where she started dancing. Her passion led her to a career as a professional dancer, performing both domestically and internationally. She also shared her expertise by teaching dance at Northern Illinois University, North Central College, and various private studios throughout Chicagoland. This experience fueled her deep interest in anatomy and body mechanics, naturally transitioning her into the world of Pilates.
Certified as a STOTT PILATES® instructor in 2007, Jill began her Pilates career at the STOTT certification center in Chicago. She further expanded her expertise by becoming certified in Peyow Aqua Pilates in 2009. Following a move to Denver later that year, she quickly established a loyal clientele, working with a diverse range of individuals from rehabilitation patients to athletes.
Jill continued her professional development by becoming a CORE™ Qualified Instructor in 2013 and a Halo Training® Qualified Instructor in 2016. In 2018, she added Certified Oov Instructor to her credentials. She has had additional trainings in injury and special populations, pre/post natal, diastasis healing, and athletic conditioning. Her fascination with the body’s connective tissue led her to pursue further training in fascia health and fascia release, culminating in the creation of MANNA Orbs.
Committed to sharing her knowledge, Jill has taught classes and workshops worldwide, helping individuals alleviate pain, enhance mobility, connect deeply with their muscles, and release emotional trauma stored in connective tissue. In 2023, Jill embraced sound healing, adding another dimension to her holistic practice.
Jill has studied the body and how to move it efficiently her entire life. By focusing on alignment, breath, and quality of movement, she creates sessions that help her clients develop strength, flexibility, mobility, body awareness, and more confidence in what they can do throughout their daily lives. She creates a warm and safe space for clients to dive deep into this work.

Joanna began her certification to become a STOTT Pilates instructor in 2012 after being drawn to the method for its strong base in functional anatomy and attention to detail in every exercise. Her own interest in Pilates started as a compliment to her dance training for injury rehab and prevention. Joanna has been performing professionally for over 15 years and some of her more notable credits include Tokyo Disney, Disney World, the Radio City Rockettes, and the Denver Honey Taps.
Through focusing on postural alignment Joanna creates safe, fun, and challenging workouts customized to each client’s goals. She enjoys sharing her love of movement and looks forward to helping clients find balance, flexibility, and strength in Pilates for a better quality of life!
