In this 3 part series, we will learn why diaphragmatic breathing is so important, how to do it, and release the respiratory muscles + fascia that contributes to shallow breathing. If you want to reduce pain + tension, stress + anxiety, and improve your posture + core strength, you do not want to miss this! Each class will end with a 15 minute sound bath. DAY 1: Releasing the diaphragm, belly, psoas, and QL.
DAY 2: Releasing and mobilizing the ribcage.
DAY 3: Releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, and face.
