Breath Foundation Series | $350
A 3 session series, each 45 minutes.
Grounding and educational, focusing on diaphragmatic awareness, nasal breathing, CO₂ tolerance, and nervous system regulation. You’ll leave with clear tools to bring into daily life- at your desk, during movement, and in moments of stress.

CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK
Breathwork Journey | $225
A 75 minute private breathwork journey.
Conscious connected breathwork is a guided, continuous breathing practice, set to music, that supports emotional release, nervous system expansion, and deeper states of inner awareness.
In these private sessions, the breath becomes a vehicle for exploration and integration, allowing the body to process stored tension, emotion, and patterning at its own pace. Each journey is held with care, presence, and ample space for grounding and integration. Sessions are tailored to the individual and unfold uniquely based on what the nervous system is ready to experience.
