Fascia Fire Frequency™ | 4-Week Immersion
This 4-week virtual immersion meets Wednesdays from 5:30–6:30pm and is designed to gently guide your nervous system back into regulation through breath, fascia work, movement, and sound. Each week builds on the last, creating a layered experience of release, awareness, and integration.
Week 1: Breath Foundations
We begin by re-learning how to breathe. You’ll refine your breath patterns, increase sensitivity to carbon dioxide, and explore techniques inspired by Buteyko breathwork—laying the groundwork for a more efficient, calm, and responsive nervous system.
Week 2: Respiratory Fascia Release
We shift into the body, releasing tension within the respiratory fascia. By opening these tissues, breath becomes more natural and fluid, and the layers of stress we hold begin to soften.
Week 3: Breathwork (Fire)
Through conscious connected breathwork, we access deeper layers of stored tension—both physical and subconscious. This practice invites release, clarity, and a sense of lightness as energy begins to move more freely.
Week 4: Flow + Frequency Integration
We bring it all together through Jill’s Fascia Flow sequence, weaving breath and movement to continue circulating energy throughout the body. The session closes with a restorative sound bath, allowing you to rest, receive, and integrate through the frequencies of sound.
