“Jill has been my wellness coach for 2 years, and my work with her has been transformative. I started Pilates with a goal of strengthening my core (abs y’all, woo!), but she has coached me through half marathon training, multiple triathlons, rehabbing decades of posture neglect, and nutrition and gut issues.
